Online Reviews – “Show the Love”

Why not show some love to a favorite business? Customer Reviews are critical to a business’s online reputation, but most often they are only left by the unhappy – resulting in an inaccurate picture of a business. There is no better modern “thank you” than a positive online review.

Where is the best place to leave an online review?
Google Maps listing for the business (see Biz Tools One’s Google Maps listing, http://goo.gl/ZLbSj for an example).

On the listing for the business you want to review, 1) scroll down to the reviews section, 2) look for the “Been Here? …” link, 3) if necessary, create a Google account (quick and easy), 4) leave an honest review WITH SPECIFICS (NOT generic reviews like “they rock!”)
